All youth leaders are required to complete Church-required youth protection training.
Hosting stakes should ensure the DJ and other performers have signed and understand the church required performance contract. Give special attention to Paragraph 4.
Eventbrite Check-In Instructions for Youth Leaders
To help ensure smooth and secure entry at stake dances, all youth leaders must complete the following steps to receive check-in access:
Step 1: Download the Eventbrite Organizer App

Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)

Search for: “Eventbrite Organizer”

Download and install the app on your phone
Step 2: Create Your Eventbrite Account

Open the Eventbrite Organizer app

On the sign-in screen, select:

“Continue with Google” (recommended for easiest setup)
(You may also use email or Facebook if preferred)

Complete the sign-in process so your account is fully set up
Step 3: Submit Check-In Access Request

Return to the stake website
-
Complete the Eventbrite Check-In Access Request form

Important: Use the same email address you used when signing into the Eventbrite Organizer app
Step 4: Wait for Approval

Your request will be reviewed by the event administrator

Once approved, you will be granted access to check in attendees
Step 5: Begin Checking In Youth

After approval, you can use the Eventbrite Organizer app on your phone to:

Scan tickets
-
Check in youth upon arrival at events
