About the event
The Teacher of Excellence Award Ceremony is an annual community event dedicated to honoring exceptional educators who make a meaningful difference in the lives of our children and youth. Each year, three to five teachers are recognized for their commitment to learning, their care for students, and their positive influence both inside and outside the classroom.
This evening is designed to be a celebration of gratitude. Honored teachers are invited to bring family members, colleagues, and administrators so that those who support and work alongside them can share in recognizing their impact. Through brief remarks, personal stories, and formal recognition, we acknowledge the vital role educators play in shaping not only academic success, but character, confidence, and lifelong learning.
The award ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 7pm and reflects our community’s appreciation for teachers who consistently go above and beyond in service to students and families.
